Returns Policy
We understand that judging your size during Pregnancy can be tricky, so we offer our online customers a full refund for unworn items that are in a saleable condition.
All items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact within 30 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of briefs, hosiery or cosmetics. Swimwear bottoms must be tried on over your own underwear.
Orders placed online with a UK shipping address are chargeable at £3.95. Orders to the Channel Islands will need to pay additional postage for their return. Please click here to begin our easy returns process.
For orders with shipping addresses outside the UK, returns postage is made at your own cost. Unfortunately, online orders cannot be returned in stores.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of your return arriving at our warehouse. Track your return parcel through the carrier website and follow it's journey back to our warehouse. Your chosen payment provider may take additional time to credit it to your account.
It is the customer's responsibility to choose their own returns method and pay the total cost of return shipping including any duties/taxes that may apply.
We would always advise you to securely package your return and use a tracked delivery service or courier as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please be sure to keep hold of your proof of postage and returns tracking number as we may need to see this at a later date.
To minimise any delays, please mark any returned items as “returned goods” on customs or postal forms. Additionally, any duties and taxes incurred must be paid by the customer in advance. We reserve the right to reject and return to sender any parcels with charges, or to deduct the amount from the refund due.
Online orders cannot be returned in stores.
We do not offer exchanges, if you would like to try a different size please return your unwanted items for a refund and place a new order online which will be processed in the usual time frame.
Customers are responsible for all returned parcels. Our warehouse team will make every effort to locate incorrectly returned items, but this is not always possible. Please ensure that you are returning the correct items/packages. Incorrect returns will be sent back to the customer, who will be responsible for the return postage costs.
Under UK and EU consumer laws, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel and return the item within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of their return.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
