Seraphine Returns Policy

We will be relaxing our returns window for the festive period. Purchases made between November 18th and Christmas Day can be returned until January 17th. Please note that returns beyond this date – and outside of the usual 30-day window – will not be accepted.

We understand that judging your size during Pregnancy can be tricky, so we offer our online customers a full refund for unworn items that are in a saleable condition. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Seraphine reserves the right to change or end promotions at any time. All items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact within 30 days of delivery. Final Sale products are not eligible..

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of briefs, hosiery or cosmetics. Swimwear bottoms must be tried on over your own underwear.

How to return your items

Orders placed online with a US shipping address are chargeable at $9.95.​
​ If you wish to return any items from your order, please follow the instructions on the packing slip, which can be found inside your package along with your return label.

Please note: If you are concerned that your return parcel tracking is not updating as expected or your parcel is delayed, please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to help you further.

We will issue a refund within 3-5 days of your return arriving into our warehouse. Track your return parcel through the carrier website and follow it's journey back to our warehouse. Your chosen payment provider may take additional time to credit it to your account.

It is the customer's responsibility to choose their own returns method and pay the total cost of return shipping including any duties/taxes that may apply.

We would always advise you to securely package your return and use a tracked delivery service or courier as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please be sure to keep hold of your proof of postage and returns tracking number as we may need to see this at a later date.

To minimise any delays, please mark any returned items as “returned goods” on customs or postal forms. Additionally, any duties and taxes incurred must be paid by the customer in advance. We reserve the right to reject and return to sender any parcels with charges, or to deduct the amount from the refund due.

Return to store

Unfortunately, online orders cannot be returned in stores.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, if you would like to try a different size please return your unwanted items for a refund and place a new order online which will be processed in the usual time frame.
